About Etmam:
Etmam center was established in accordance with Royal Order No. (7262) issued on 8/2/1437 AH and Prime Minister’s Decision No. (658) dated 10/24/1441 AH.
Through partnership and cooperation agreements and its permanent representatives of the concerned authorities (such as the Ministry of Justice, the Saudi Electricity Company, the National Water Company and other real estate development service providers), the Center serves as the possible digital gateway for real estate developers to obtain services with ease and enable them to follow up on transactions during the various stages. For real estate development projects, the center also undertakes the task of following up on applications for licenses and approvals, directing and following them up with various authorities and ensuring that they are completed with the required speed according to the agreements concluded and the rules and regulations stipulated.
The Center also studies the stages of real estate development operations and the systems and regulations that govern them, and cooperates directly with all relevant bodies and entities, to work on developing systems and facilitating procedures in a way that facilitates the work of the real estate developer and advances the development of residential projects.
